Founder and CEO
Clayton prides himself on heading a firm that offers a comprehensive system for wealth accumulation and tax efficient strategies for retirement income planning. He focuses every day on producing a top-tier client experience, dedicated to holistic planning and communication.
Clayton has successfully passed his Series 7, 65, and 63 exams, as well as his Life and Annuity licenses in multiple states. He graduated pre-Law from the University of Missouri–Columbia, and, in addition to his licenses and registrations, he holds the ChFC designation from The American College.
When he’s not at work, you can find Clayton spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and two daughters, Reese and Taylor, perhaps watching sports, cheering for Mizzou, the Chiefs, Sporting KC, or the Saint Louis Cardinals. He also enjoys traveling, golf, cooking, and being outdoors.

Brian believes every day is an opportunity. He’s helped his clients avoid one-size-fits-all thinking, and he’s been putting their needs ahead of his own since he started his practice in 2003. This client-first approach has helped him build a referral-based firm that focuses on comprehensive planning, helping clients direct their wealth in ways that provide them the financial stability they need and deserve.
By taking a collaborative approach with clients, he works with them to understand where they are and how they can reach their goals. He loves to see the lasting impacts that a well-executed financial plan can have on his clients, their families and communities. It keeps him coming to work every day.
Brian has passed his Series 7 and 66 exams, as well as his Life and Annuity licenses in multiple states to be able to work with his clients across the U.S. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business with a Minor in communications. When he’s not at work, Brian loves to spend time with his wife, Lindsay, and his children, Ty and Audrey. Together you might find them cheering on the Hawkeyes or their hometown teams – the Chiefs, Royals, and Sporting KC. He also enjoys traveling and trying new foods and experiences.
